Data deletion
Last updated November 1, 2026
You can remove your data from GHLData at any time, in whole or in part.
Remove one client or data source
- Sign in to GHLData and open the workspace.
- Remove the data source, or choose Delete workspace in its settings.
- The workspace, its data sources and any cached reports for them are deleted right away.
Revoke GHLData's access at the platform
- Google: open Google Account permissions, choose GHLData and select remove access. Our stored Google tokens stop working immediately and are deleted within 30 days.
- Meta (once Meta Ads is available): open Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, find GHLData and remove it. Meta notifies us and we delete the related data.
Delete your whole account
Email support@ghlplugins.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete, within 30 days:
- your account, workspaces, team memberships and settings;
- all stored platform tokens and data source records;
- all cached report data;
- your sign-in profile and sessions.
We keep only the billing records that tax law requires, and security logs for up to 30 days. Data that you already sent to an AI assistant or exported is outside GHLData and is not affected.
