Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and GHL Plugins for use of GHLData. By creating an account or using GHLData you agree to them.

1. The service

GHLData connects to advertising and analytics accounts that you are authorized to access, and shows their reports through a dashboard, an API and AI assistant connectors. Access is read-only: GHLData does not change your campaigns, budgets or settings.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
• You are responsible for your team members' use of your account and for keeping sign-in access secure.
• You may only connect platform accounts you own or have permission to access, including your clients' accounts.

3. Plans, trial and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled.
• Fees are charged in advance through Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access data you are not authorized to see, or try to reach another customer's account;
• resell raw platform data in breach of Google's or Meta's terms;
• overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around its usage limits;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

5. Third-party platforms

Data comes from platforms such as Google and Meta under their own terms, which you must also follow. Those platforms can change or withdraw their APIs; we will try to adapt but are not responsible for their outages, limits or changes. Numbers can differ from the platforms' own screens because of time zones, data processing delays and restatements.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to your data and your clients' data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete it at any time (see data deletion).

7. Our property

The GHLData software, brand and content belong to GHL Plugins. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports are complete or accurate. Do not rely on GHLData as your only record for billing or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GHL Plugins is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. You may close your account at any time. After closing, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
